Manage
Support Contracts is an internet-based application that lets you
view your Sun Support Contracts that are enabled for online viewing.
You can also view the contacts on each of those support contracts.
To view support contracts and to see who is listed as a contact
on each contract, you must be logged in to the Online Support
Center with your MySun account and that account must be linked
to an active support contract.
The
manage support contract options are:
- View
Support Contracts is used to access the Support Contract
Summary screen for a selected customer.
The first screen you see when you select this option depends
on whether you are a reseller or a direct customer. If you
are a reseller, you must first select one of your customers.
If you are a direct customer, The Search, or Search And Select,
screen is displayed depending on the number of items returned
on your search.
- View
Contacts is used to access information on the people who
are designated as contacts on each contract.
