Convertium thrives on the passion and excellence of our 40 colleagues.
Collectively, we have the expertise and experience to provide major digital services in-house.
Gerard M. C. Lim
Gerard founded Convertium in 2001. Prior to that, he served as Singapore General Manager and Marketing Director at Asiacontent.com, publisher of sites like CNET Asia and MTV Asia.
In an earlier life, Gerard spent a decade in advertising. Agencies he worked with include Wunderman Cato Johnson, Dentsu Young & Rubicam, The Ball Partnership, and Backer Spielvogel Bates. He was variously a group account director, IT manager, and media planner.
Gerard graduated from the National University of Singapore with a B.A. in Psychology and Political Science. He co-authored a published research on the effects of alcohol on judgement, and is still conducting experiments on his friends.
Andrew leads strategic accounts at Convertium and champions user experience. As an avid cyclist, he thinks the world should go cycling and all will be well.
For more than 10 years, he worked as a business manager, marketing manager and editor at various digital and content companies in Singapore. He had also sold cars in Las Vegas.
Andrew holds a B.A. in Psychology from Beloit College (Wisconsin) and an M.B.A. from the University of Buffalo (SUNY). He checked into Singapore in 1998 and never checked out.
Selwyn coordinates various project teams at Convertium and is responsible for projects delivery. He knows all the battle stories.
Since arriving in Singapore in 2001, Selwyn has been working in various digital roles including web design and project management.
Selwyn has a B.A. in Business Administration from De LaSalle University, College of St. Benilde (Manila). He thinks that pink is a misunderstood colour and should be in every man's wardrobe.
Corporate Affairs Director
Lisa makes sure the agency functions. She is responsible for talent management, finance, and taking care of the kids.
She has spent more than 20 years in various operations roles in Singapore, Taipei and Hong Kong, including stints in the hospitality industry.
Lisa holds a Bachelor's in International Hotel & Tourism from IHMI (Lucerne). While not in the office, she can be found adopting bone-crunching yoga poses.
Head of Creative Services
Eric leads and manages the creative resources at Convertium. He thinks that nothing is impossible, including yesterday as a deadline.
Eric has spent a decade in the digital design field, and more years collecting toys that transform into transportation.
He is another example of the hybrid talent at Convertium. Eric has a computer science degree from Informatics, does programming, and fixes your hardware as well — if you ask him nicely.
